Our Client:
An international bedding brand with no physical outlets in Malaysia wanted to set up an ecommerce fulfilment & distribution operation. The brand wanted to manage their marketing campaigns remotely while they outsourced their local operations in Malaysia.
What We Did:
- Planned the import supply chain from the country of manufacture to our warehouse
- Put in place a standard operating procedure to consolidate orders from different marketing platforms to feed into the warehouse management system (WMS) for smooth & trackable fulfilment
- Ensured parcel delivery adhered to marketplace service level agreements (SLA)
Results:
With Alien Logistics smoothly handling the import handling to the daily fulfilment operations, the client was able to run their marketing operations remotely with full visibility of their stock movement & last mile deliveries. This enabled the client to focus on scaling up while leaving the supply chain management to us.
Shelf-stable foodstuff

Our Client:
A client with shelf-stable foodstuff operating both online and offline stores was looking to consolidate their stock management in order to create better cost efficiencies in terms of manpower and storage.
Starting out as a small retail outlet, the client expanded to have an online presence with fulfilment done from a warehouse located separately from the retail outlet. As the client’s customers grew to include both commercial (B2B) and individual (B2C) customers this supply chain set up eventually resulted in items having to be picked and packed from different locations causing higher fulfilment costs.
What We Did:
- Migrated the shelf-stable goods from the client’s retail store & warehouse to Alien Logistics’ ecommerce fulfilment centre.
- Executed a sophisticated integration process between Alien Logistics’ Order Management System (OMS) and the client’s Point-of-Sales (POS) system which enabled real-time synchronisation for efficient order processing, inventory management, and enhanced overall operational visibility.
Results:
The successful migration of stock, coupled with the integration of systems, showcased Alien Logistics’ capability to plan & provide end-to-end solutions in line with the customer’s objectives. Having established confidence in us, the client then decided to entrust Alien Logistics to manage the complete supply chain covering importing, warehousing, and local fulfilment with last-mile deliveries.
